Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all project activities in refugee and host communities for persons with disabilities.
- Lead livelihood initiatives ensuring efficiency and quality according to Livelihood and Skill Development Sector (LSDS) guidelines.
- Coordinate successfully with government and other stakeholders while managing both programme and financial management collaboratively.
- Develop and execute project deliverables while assisting the project team in defining the strategic vision.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions for smooth project management.
- Supervise project staff and ensure regular communication and field visits.

Job OverviewPROTTYASHI, a prestigious social development organization known for its impactful work in addressing social issues, is inviting passionate candidates to apply for the role of Project Manager for our ongoing UK Resilience and Adaptation Fund (RAF) project. This position is critical as we strive to uplift the lives of persons with disabilities in the Rohingya and host communities of Cox’s Bazar.
