Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Tradevision Limited. This role is critical as you will oversee significant projects that shape the future of our company. If you have a passion for project management, engineering, and leading teams, this job is made for you.As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:Defining the project’s scope, setting clear goals and objectives, and developing a detailed project plan.Building, motivating, and leading the project team, assigning tasks based on individual strengths, and fostering a collaborative environment.Overseeing and managing all project resources, including human, financial, and time, to ensure they are used effectively.Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.Tracking project progress against the plan, monitoring performance, and implementing changes or corrective actions as needed.Ensuring the work done meets the required quality standards.Maintaining open and transparent communication channels within the team and with all stakeholders.Evaluating project success, documenting key takeaways, and ensuring all objectives are met.Leading project team meetings, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.Ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.Continuously evaluating and improving project management processes.Working with foreign engineers when they visit Bangladesh.Providing support and cooperation to colleagues and the Sales Team when needed.Any other tasks assigned by top management.Requirements:Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biomedical, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or Health Technology.Experience: At least 15 years in project management, with a focus on medical equipment.
