Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage field activities across multiple locations.
- Facilitate the development and execution of the project implementation plan in collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
- Follow up on advocacy and collaboration with various stakeholders to support project implementation.
- Promote gender-responsive and inclusive behavior in all actions and decisions.
- Prepare and review budgets in alignment with the work plan and ensure compliance with donor guidelines.
- Develop and share monthly, quarterly, and annual operational plans and reports.

Job Responsibilities: Field Supervision and Activity Management: Oversee and manage field activities across multiple locations while supervising the field-level staff to ensure adherence to the project work plan. Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute the project implementation plan, including coordinating exposure visits. Advocacy and Collaboration: Engage with various stakeholders and maintain effective communication to secure support for project implementation. Gender and Social Inclusion: Promote inclusive practices and uphold sensitivity to diversity in all actions and decisions. Monitoring and Reporting: Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual operational plans and ensure timely reporting as per donor requirements.
