Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all engagements and public appearances of the Managing Director.
- Organize and manage protocols for local and international meetings, visits, and official functions.
- Liaise with government, diplomatic, corporate, and institutional partners on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Prepare briefings, talking points, agendas, and schedules for official events.
- Manage all aspects of official travel including visas, accommodations, logistics, and protocol arrangements.
- Maintain a high standard of etiquette, decorum, and confidentiality in all dealings.
- Ensure that protocol norms are followed during all official interactions and events.
- Act as the point of contact for dignitaries, delegations, and special guests.
- Provide administrative support and act as the right hand to the Managing Director for protocol-related duties.
- Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
