Job Responsibilities
- Lead the QA department, ensuring quality standards at every stage of production.
- Develop and implement QA policies, SOPs, and inspection guidelines to maintain consistent quality.
- Review samples, patterns, and technical packs to ensure accuracy before production.
- Conduct quality risk assessments and establish preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
- Train and mentor QA and QC teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate with production and merchandising for continuous quality improvement.
- Represent the factory during buyers' visits, audits, and third-party inspections.
- Analyze quality data and submit periodic reports to senior management.
