Job Responsibilities
- Inspect dyed materials (elastic, fabric, thread, etc.) for color accuracy, shade matching, and uniformity.
- Check color fastness to rubbing, washing, light, and perspiration as per buyer or internal standards.
- Verify lab dip and bulk shade against approved samples and ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
- Identify any defects or irregularities during in-process and finished stages.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and submit daily reports to QA/QC supervisor or manager.
- Conduct swatch checking to ensure product meets customer requirements.
- Collaborate with dyeing operators, production, and QA teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the dyeing area.
- Release only approved and quality-passed materials to next production process.

As a Quality Checker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dyed materials meet the highest quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include: Inspecting dyed materials (elastic, fabric, thread, etc.) for color accuracy, shade matching, and uniformity. Conducting color fastness tests as per buyer or internal standards. Verifying lab dips and bulk shades against approved samples, ensuring consistency across batches. Identifying defects such as stains or uneven dyeing and documenting inspection results. Maintaining accurate inspection records and submitting daily reports to the QA/QC supervisor. Collaborating closely with dye operators, production, and QA teams to resolve issues and enhance workflow. To succeed in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 2 years of experience in dyeing inspection, particularly in the garment industry. A solid understanding of quality inspection processes and standards. Proficiency in identifying and addressing dye-related issues effectively. A commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance throughout the dyeing process. This is a full-time office position located in Gazipur (Tongi), Bangladesh.
