You will conduct thorough inspections, monitor production processes, and ensure compliance with buyer specifications. Your efforts will directly impact our reputation for quality.Quality Control & Inspection: You will be responsible for conducting inspections of various handicraft products such as bags, baskets, and mats made from natural materials like jute and hogla. Your attention to detail is crucial.Collaboration: Work closely with our factory teams and production staff to resolve any quality-related issues. Effective communication and collaboration are key.Reporting: Maintain accurate inspection records and internal documentation to track compliance and quality metrics.Process Improvement: Evaluate existing quality control processes and implement improvements as necessary.Who We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should have:Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a quality control position within the garment or handicraft sectors.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of inspection procedures and AQL standards.Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and identify trends is crucial for addressing quality non-conformities.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.This position is a full-time job and will require you to work on-site in our Munshiganj office.
