Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure quality at all stages of production – from fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing to final inspection.
- Conduct inline and final inspections as per AQL standards.
- Collaborate with factories to identify and resolve quality issues proactively.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and update internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with buyer’s quality requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Visit factories regularly to ensure adherence to compliance and production timelines.
- Escalate quality-related concerns to senior management with actionable solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, testing methods, and buyer requirements.

Workplace: This is a full-time position based at our office in South Banasree, Dhaka, with regular factory visits as per schedule. Diploma in Textile/Quality Management will be considered as an added advantage. 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a Buying House or Garment Factory. Strong knowledge of garment construction, inspection procedures, and AQL standards. Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and report writing. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Willing to travel frequently to factory sites as required.
