Job Responsibilities
- Independently handle Buyer/Inspection/QA Procedures or implementation.
- Strong Leadership skills to lead the Team.
- Develop quality standards, rules, and regulations for product quality.
- Full responsibility for quality functions throughout the manufacturing process.
- Validate quality processes by establishing Product specifications and quality attributes.
- Maintain and improve product quality with monitoring and technical support.
- Collaborate with other management departments to develop products, SOPs, and training methods.
- Develop quality objectives and coordinate with production procedures.
- Analyze statistical data and product specifications for quality expectations.
- Plan and organize training related to product quality and reliability.
- Review outputs against samples and follow up garment measurement reports.
- Identify discrepancies and take necessary actions or inform authority for correction.
- Finalize critical operations and explain quality points to the team.
- Discuss inspection findings with Production and QA for corrective actions.
- Report any deviations in QA systems to management.
- Supervise overall production of Woven Garments and ensure quality control.
- Manage quality platform and attend inspections and quality control.
- Have knowledge in Woven Garments production and planning.
- Achieve day-to-day production targets.
- Assess and seek ways to improve operational efficiency through process improvement.

Independently handle Buyer/Inspection/QA Procedures and their implementation. Exhibit strong leadership skills to effectively lead the team and enhance their performance. Develop and maintain quality standards, rules, and regulations to achieve product quality. Oversee the quality function throughout the manufacturing process, including incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspections. Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes. Monitor product requirements, SOP compliance, and provide technical support to improve product quality. Collaborate with other departments to develop products, SOPs, and training methods. Analyze statistical data and product specifications to establish quality and reliability standards for finished products. Plan and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability. Review outputs against samples and follow up on garment measurement reports. Identify and delegate necessary actions if discrepancies arise. Finalize critical operations and quality pointers, and communicate these with the quality team. Discuss inline inspection findings with production and QA teams to implement corrective actions. Report deviations in QA systems to management. Supervise production of woven garments and manage quality control at every stage. Implement the latest trends in quality requirements as dictated by buyers. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or honors in a relevant field. At least 8 years of experience in the garments, textile, buying house, or garments accessories sectors. Strong knowledge of woven garments production and planning. Aged between 35 to 50 years and preferably male candidates. Ability to achieve daily production targets as per given plans. Commitment to continuous improvement and operation efficiency.
