Quality Manager Needed to Ensure Excellence at Mascom Composite Ltd.

The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure quality of knit garments products in every step of production from cutting to packing.He should be able to find out all types of faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that the rejections of the garments are minimized.Making effective plans for quality assurance of the Garments Division to ensure that the quality of the garments delivered to the buyers is 100% in line with their requirements.Assuring the Quality of the Garments from Cutting to Finishing.Getting successful inspections done at various stages of Production & ensuring timely shipment. Supervising and guiding the Quality Team to achieve Quality Targets.Ensuring that the quality personnel are aware of the quality requirements of specific buyers and training them to maintain the needed quality throughout the production processes.Plan and handle the quality assurance procedures to ensure minimum involvement of time, manpower, and resources while delivering optimum quality.Conducts floor audits and manages first article and first piece inspections and reports.First output review against the sample and follow-up on first output garment measurement report.If any discrepancies occur, it needs to be reported to the superior authority immediately for necessary action.Finalizing critical operations and quality points and explaining them to Quality Inspectors. Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA teams for corrective actions.Reporting any deviations in the QA system to the superior authority.
