Job Responsibilities
- Performing chest X-rays while adhering to all local and external guidelines, ensuring client safety and maintaining personal safety standards.
- Ensuring the quality of all X-ray images taken, and addressing any concerns regarding image quality with panel physicians for further discussion.
- Participating in internal audits, in collaboration with the radiologist, as directed by management to maintain and improve X-ray quality control.
- Operating imaging equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and collaborating with the senior radiographer to ensure the equipment is maintained as per manufacturer recommendations.
- Engaging with clients professionally and courteously, prioritizing their safety, comfort, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Registration under state medical faculty.
- Any task given by the management.

Job Description
Stech Group is on the lookout for an experienced Radiographer to join our dynamic team at JG HealthCare Ltd., located in Matikata, ECB Chattor, Dhaka. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring safety standards are met. Your role will not only enhance our patient's experience but also play a crucial part in our quality of care. Here are some responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill: Performing chest X-rays while adhering to all local and external guidelines, ensuring client safety while maintaining personal safety standards. Ensuring the quality of all X-ray images taken and addressing any concerns regarding image quality with panel physicians for further discussion. Participating in internal audits in collaboration with the radiologist, directed by management to maintain and improve X-ray quality control. Operating imaging equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and collaborating with the senior radiographer to ensure equipment maintenance per recommendations. Engaging with clients professionally and courteously, prioritizing their safety, comfort, and providing exceptional customer service. Holding a valid registration under state medical faculty. Completing any tasks assigned by management. Requirements: To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications: Education: Diploma in Medical Technology Experience: At least 1 year in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a Diagnostic Centre or Healthcare Startup. Skills: Proficiency in Radiology & Imaging. Further requirements include: registration under state medical faculty and proficiency in operating modern digital radiology (DR) equipment.
