Amar Khamar, a leading digital Agri-Fintech platform in Bangladesh, is seeking a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to join our vibrant team. This position is critical in ensuring smooth operations and providing outstanding customer service at our front desk. As a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for: Handling incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Responding promptly to client and customer inquiries, collecting valuable feedback. Providing courteous and professional customer service at the reception. Maintaining visitor logs and ensuring a tidy, welcoming reception area. Assisting HR, Operations, and other departments with routine administrative tasks. Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and supplies efficiently. Scheduling appointments and coordinating internal meetings as required. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Education: Bachelor or Honours degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles. Experience in agro-based firms or startups is a plus. Age: 22 to 32 years. Skills: Good communication skills (Bangla and English), MS Office proficiency, ability to multitask, public speaking, and strong organizational skills.
