This role is crucial as it supports the daily operations of our office and interacts with clients and stakeholders alike. Responsibilities: Manage front desk activities and customer inquiries. Provide administrative support to the management team. Handle correspondence via email and telephone. Maintain office supplies and inventory management. Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Implement and improve administrative procedures. Assist in additional projects as required. Requirements: Must have strong administrative and secretarial skills. A Level/O Level education background is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
