Job Opportunity: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive Shohoz Properties Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to join our vibrant team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Warmly greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and customer lounge. Perform administrative tasks including emailing, booking confirmations, note-taking, and appointment scheduling. Prepare daily client and booking reports for management to ensure proper tracking and reporting. Manage social media pages, respond to travel inquiries, and post promotional content. Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Management to support operational effectiveness. Qualifications: Minimum education: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred. Age requirement: 19 to 30 years. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla. Proficient in computer operations and familiar with Microsoft Office applications. Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a team-oriented approach. Smart, confident, and customer service-oriented individual. Additional Information: Work Environment: Full-time, in-office role located in Dhaka, specifically in Gulshan 2. Salary: Negotiable, with annual reviews and festival bonuses (2 per year). Job Vacancies: Multiple positions available.
