Hotel Rosewood Uttara is excited to announce an open position for a Receptionist. We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team in the bustling sector of Uttara, Dhaka. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming environment. Maintain cash, billing, and POS procedures in line with company policy. Required Skills: Proven experience in hotel reservation systems. Strong communication skills in English and Bangla. Customer service expertise with problem-solving skills. Basic sales techniques, especially in hospitality management. Proficiency in MS Office and PMS software. Qualifications: Minimum educational requirement: HSC or Bachelor’s degree. At least 3 years of experience in a hotel front office operation. Able to work full-time in an office environment.
