Job Responsibilities
- Welcome all Clients, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Shall respond to all queries promptly.
- Shall respond to request for information in accordance with polices laid down by the Hospital authority.
- Maintains security as per procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Operates telecommunication system by manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Responsibilities: Welcome all clients, visitors, and guests into our front office professionally and maintain records related to front desk operations. Answer all incoming calls, redirect them as necessary, and take messages when required. Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals. Respond to inquiries by providing information or referring them as appropriate. Maintain an updated directory of employees and departments. Manage visitor access by maintaining security protocols, monitoring the logbook, and issuing visitor badges. Ensure a clean and safe reception area by following established procedures and regulations. Document and communicate any actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs within the team. Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as necessary. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role. Must be between 22 to 30 years of age. Only female candidates will be considered for this position. Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Bangla is also required. Excellent computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure. Smart appearance with a pleasant demeanor. Familiarity with hospital management software is preferred.
