Job Description
Join Mahabul International Tours & Travels, a leading travel and tourism agency, committed to providing top-notch travel assistance including ticket booking, hotel reservations, visa processing, and organizing both domestic and international group tours. We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Receptionist to become the face of our office and assist in keeping our operations running smoothly.As a Receptionist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients and visitors, managing all front desk responsibilities. Your role will involve:Welcoming guests and clients, providing them with information regarding our services.Handling incoming calls and scheduling appointments efficiently.Managing administrative tasks such as overseeing mail and supply management.Ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at our front desk.Collaborating with our team to maintain the smooth operation of the office.First priority will be to create engaging marketing videos weekly, including live video sessions.Act as a liaison between clients and staff, managing inquiries effectively.Support overall office tasks and maintain a welcoming environment.Qualifications:We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Those with a background in tourism or hospitality management are highly encouraged to apply.Age: 18 to 30 years, with a preference for female candidates.Experience: 1 to 5 years in a similar role is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.Excellent English writing and communication skills.Basic proficiency in the MS Office Suite is preferred.Benefits:Performance bonuses and salary reviews on a yearly basis.Festival bonuses (two per year).This is a Full-Time position based in Dhaka (Baridhara).
