Job Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors, answered the phone, and answered any inquiries.
- Helps patients schedule appointments with doctors.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Process discharge formalities, and settle bills and payments according to the service provided.
- Maintain different kinds of documentation of the Hospital.
- Maintain good communication with the community.
- Guide the cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of the hospital area.
- Provide guidance to the security guard to ensure the safety and security of the hospital area are properly maintained.
- Ensure giving proper information to the patients and maintain confidentiality of the patient's information at all times.
- Liaison with external consultants, e.g., radiologists, medical specialists, etc., with professionalism.
- Any other task assigned by the Hospital Authority.

Your role is crucial as you are the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance and guidance at our facility.The Receptionist is responsible for performing a range of administrative and clerical duties with high quality and in a timely manner. Responsibilities include:Welcoming patients and visitors warmly, answering phones and addressing inquiries.Scheduling appointments based on patient health concerns.Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.Processing discharge formalities and settling bills.Maintaining accurate documentation for the hospital.Maintaining good communication with the community and ensuring cleanliness and safety are upheld.Liaising with external consultants and adhering to confidentiality of patient information.Performing other tasks assigned by the Hospital Authority.Key Requirements:Age: 25 to 35 yearsEducation: Bachelor/Honors degree required.Experience: 3 to 5 years in NGOs or development agencies is preferred.Skills: Strong communication, coordination, counseling skills, and multitasking ability.Muslim Aid is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from individuals regardless of gender.
