Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and guide visitors and clients at the company's front desk.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, transfer them as necessary, and take messages when required.
  • Maintain daily correspondence, courier services, and manage office documents.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
  • Provide accurate information and redirect it to relevant departments as necessary.
  • Keep the office visitor register and other receptionist-related documents updated.
  • Properly forward office mail, emails, and notices.
  • Ensure that the front desk and reception area are kept tidy at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and visitors.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills for handling office correspondence and databases.
