As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in shaping the first impression of our company. We are looking for someone smart, presentable, and ready to contribute to our customer service excellence. Manage the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors. Greet and assist clients, responding to their inquiries in a professional and helpful manner. Handle incoming calls effectively and efficiently, providing necessary information or redirecting as needed. Support staff with administrative tasks and play a key role in office organization. Maintain accurate office records and documents, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Assist with the resolution of issues presented by clients and staff while maintaining professionalism. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, both in Bangla and English (spoken and written). Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple duties in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of office management procedures and practices. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role. Preferred experience in a travel agency or related business areas. What's in it for you?
