At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Hands-on experience with standard office equipment (printer, scanner, copier) and familiarity with front desk operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and basic computer literacy. Good verbal and written English is preferred; strong communication skills in Bengali are also expected for day-to-day interactions.
