Job Description

We invite you to apply for the exciting opportunity of Regional Manager (Contract Broiler Farming) at Biswas Contract Broiler Farming.In this role, you will take on vital responsibilities that include:Overseeing leadership and management of broiler farming operations.Strategizing and executing operations and production plans effectively.Managing financial and business operations to ensure profitability.Ensuring compliance and safety across all farming practices.Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relations with partners and suppliers.Adopting proactive measures for crisis and risk management.Conducting field visits to both existing and new farms.Observing and implementing biosecurity measures in farming activities.Reporting on branch visit schedules and farm management performance.Administering treatments for disease-affected farms.Ensuring the delivery of quality feed, chicks, and medicine to farms.Coordinating training for staff and farmers at field levels.Maintaining communication with branch in-charges and monitoring farm activities closely.Ensuring a professional working environment and office decorum.Compiling and submitting reports in a timely manner to management.Making technical decisions across the working areas.Quality monitoring of DOC and hatchery vaccine reactions.Presenting field situations to management for timely action.Monitoring and controlling all branch management activities.Performing any other tasks as assigned by management.This is a full-time position, and we encourage candidates who are interested to apply. We are looking for someone with a strong educational background, preferably a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.Required Skills:Proficient in computer operating and MS Office.Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.Excellent negotiation skills.Effective reporting and documentation skills.Competent in time management.Please note that the ideal candidate should be male and should not exceed the age of 40 years.
