- To build up Sales team for Sales and promotion pharmaceutical products of the company.
- To meet daily/monthly/yearly Sales Target of the region as per company's policy and promote in the market for all products accordingly.
- Ensure the Sales collection against the sales of the products.
- Responsible to collect any outstanding bill of his Region.
- Any Other task assigned by the management.

Job Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, responsible for building our sales team and enhancing our market presence.Build and lead a dedicated sales team to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets in alignment with company policies.Ensure timely collection of sales revenue and outstanding bills from clients in your region.Undertake additional tasks as assigned by senior management.Requirements:Minimum of 11 to 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related field.A Master’s degree is required.Strong knowledge of CGMP, WHO guidelines, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work under pressure.Only male candidates aged between 32 to 45 years are encouraged to apply.Experience in veterinary and plastic product sales is a plus.Location: Anywhere in BangladeshCompensation and Benefits:Salary: NegotiableTransport Allowance (T/A) and Mobile Bill provided.Full subsidized lunch facilities.Festival bonus provided (up to 3).Additional benefits as per company policy.This position is ideal for individuals who are driven to make an impact in the healthcare sector.
