Job Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and manage a network of dealers and distributors across assigned regions.
- Regularly visit clients, mechanics, workshops, and retailers to promote products and gather market insights.
- Provide leadership to local sales teams; monitor and improve their performance.
- Track competitor activities and support market expansion strategies.
- Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Support product training programs for dealers, mechanics, and field sales teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.

Job Overview: We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who is dynamic, results-oriented, and has significant experience in the sales arena, specifically within the industrial parts or automotive aftermarket sector. This role involves managing sales operations across multiple territories in Bangladesh, requiring regular travel to maintain strong client relationships and effectively lead our sales teams. Execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets. Develop and manage a network of dealers and distributors across assigned regions. Regularly visit clients, mechanics, workshops, and retailers to promote products and gather market insights. Provide leadership to local sales teams; monitor and improve their performance. Track competitor activities and support market expansion strategies. Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering. Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in industrial spare parts, motor parts, or related sectors. Strong experience in dealer/distributor network management. Familiarity with industrial chains, sprockets, bearings, or similar mechanical components is highly preferred. Experience working with imported products is an advantage.
