Job Responsibilities
- Visit marketplaces, identify new business opportunities, and recommend the appointment of new dealers in uncovered areas.
- Increase primary sales by ensuring maximum dealers remain active and transactional.
- Conduct demand forecasting and ensure adequate stock inventory in distributors’ warehouses or shops.
- Work closely with the Department Head to implement sales forecasts and strategies within the assigned area.
- Monitor distributors’ daily business transactions and liaise with stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain proper documentation at all stages in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Visit marketplaces and identify new business opportunities while recommending the appointment of new dealers in uncovered areas. Increase primary sales by ensuring maximum dealer engagement and transaction activity. Conduct demand forecasting and maintain adequate stock inventory in our distributors’ warehouses. Collaborate with the Department Head to implement effective sales forecasts and strategies within your assigned area. Monitor daily business transactions of distributors and liaise with stakeholders to ensure sales targets are achieved. Maintain thorough documentation at all stages while ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is preferred. At most 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Wholesale, Market Research Firms, or Direct Selling. Knowledge in Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and related fields is essential. Skills Required: Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing sales performance. Familiarity with electronic goods and home appliances is a plus.
