Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to the respective department.
- Diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Perform medical procedures as required, including but not limited to injections, wound care, and minor surgical procedures.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions to stabilize patients as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Conduct lectures for MBBS students as per the academic schedule.
- Participate in regular ward rounds and supervise patient admissions.
- Prepare and maintain updated lecture timetables and ward/class schedules.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety, clinical outcomes, and overall healthcare delivery within the Dept.
