Job Summary: As a Registrar / Senior Medical Officer in Medicine, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to the care of inpatients and outpatients primarily in general medicine. Your responsibilities will include: Caring for patients, conducting examinations, and performing necessary diagnostic investigations.Providing emergency and on-call coverage, supporting junior doctors, and being responsible for quality care.Participating in clinical audits and research projects.Teaching and supervising junior doctors and paramedics while in a mentoring role.Taking on additional responsibilities that improve departmental processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).3-5 years of experience in a reputable hospital setting, preferably in an NGO.Postgraduate training or qualifications such as FCPS/MD/MRCP Part 1 is preferred but not essential. Additional Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative.
