Job Description
Ray Advertising is on a mission to hire a driven and articulate Remote Accountant with excellent English communication skills to join our dynamic team. This unique REMOTE/ WORK FROM HOME opportunity requires commitment to the Night Shift, working from Monday to Saturday, 6 PM to 3 AM BD Time. The shift timing is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Position Overview: As a Remote Accountant, your responsibilities will include managing our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles alongside ensuring compliance with U.S. accounting principles and internal procedures. Key tasks include: Maintain accurate financial records using bill.com. Manage daily transactions including income, expenses, credits, and debits. Reconcile bank accounts and monitor Accounts Payable and Receivable. Prepare and send accurate invoices based on deliverables. Generate financial reports for management review. Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding financial inquiries. Experience and Skills Required: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a client-facing or agency environment. Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software like QuickBooks, bill.com, or similar. Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
