Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Front Office, House Keeping and Sales Team
- Handle guest inquiries, booking accommodations and processing reservations
- Manage all reservation cancellations, modifications and no-shows
- Confirm reservations and send confirmations
- Respond to inquiries through multiple channels
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues swiftly
- Provide management with regular reports on customer interactions
- Ensure strategies to maximize room occupancy are followed
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the superior

Job Description
A Reputed Group is looking for a Reservation Executive to join their newly launched 3-star resort, Paragon Hotel and Resort Limited, located in scenic Sreemangal, Moulvi Bazar, with immediate appointments available. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and possess a knack for customer service.As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining seamless operations across various departments while ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience. Job Responsibilities:Maintain continuous communication amongst the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales Teams.Handle guest inquiries and manage bookings by processing reservations efficiently.Manage and oversee all reservation cancellations, modifications, and no-show reports.Confirm reservations and send confirmations to guests, as well as conducting pre-arrival follow-ups.Respond to customer questions and resolve complaints promptly via phone, email, or online booking platforms.Provide detailed reports on customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to management to enhance guest experiences.Maximize room occupancy by implementing strategic reservation practices.Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the superior.Education Requirements:Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Hospitality Management.Bachelor/Masters in Hospitality Management is preferred.An advanced degree or PGD in Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Management is an added advantage.Experience and Skills Required:Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a reputable resort, hotel, or hospitality service.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain records for information analysis.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills.Age between 28 to 36 years with gender inclusivity for male and female applicants.Benefits:Salary is as per the company's HR policy.Mobile bill compensation.Free food facilities on-site.Share of service charges.Two festival bonuses per year.Free shared accommodation at the company's dormitory.Uniform provision.Other facilities as per company policy.We highly encourage women and individuals from ethnic and minority communities to apply for this position.
