- Handle daily operations of ticketing and travel management efficiently.

- Book flights, hotels, and tour packages using various online systems.
- Issue air tickets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide information about our services through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Maintain exceptional client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries promptly and effectively.
- Document and report sales information on a monthly basis.
- Assist with optional holiday packages including hotel bookings and tour operations.
