Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily routines of students, including study time, meals, hygiene, and recreation.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and emotional support to children living in the hostel.
- Ensure students follow hostel rules and maintain discipline.
- Supervise evening study sessions and assist with basic educational needs.
- Report on students’ progress and well-being to the Project Coordinator.
- Manage and supervise the cook to ensure timely, nutritious, and hygienic meals.
- Monitor hostel cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Act as a role model, fostering a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment.
