Below are the key aspects of this position:Duty Timings: Starting from 9:00 AM, with a total of 24-hour duty for 30 consecutive days.Accommodation: Lodging will be provided within the hospital premises.Patient Care: You will be responsible for conducting patient rounds at least twice a day.Assistance in Operations: You will assist in various surgical procedures.Patient Admissions: Responsible for admitting patients as necessary and preparing discharge papers.Leave Policy: Leaves are granted; however, you must ensure a substitute doctor is arranged before your leave.ResponsibilitiesEnsure seamless 24-hour patient care.Perform necessary clinical and administrative duties as required.Maintain patient records and healthcare documentation.QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess the following:Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree.Valid registration with BMDC.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Residential Medical Officer in a reputable hospital.Proficiency in managing both in-patient and out-patient care, including ultra-sound procedures and patient counseling.Work EnvironmentThis is a Full-Time position based at our facility in Narayanganj (Rupganj).
