Job Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow. Maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards. Monitor inventory and manage supply ordering. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Create staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage. Motivate and lead the team for high performance. Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest experience. Handle complaints and resolve customer issues promptly. Monitor service standards and provide coaching where needed. Sales & Profitability: Meet sales targets and manage budgets. Control food and labor costs. Implement promotional strategies to increase revenue. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Maintain reports on daily sales, labor, and inventory. Conduct audits and inspections regularly. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Honors is preferred. Experience: At least 3 years in Hotel, Restaurant, or Fast Food Shop. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and multitask, knowledge of POS systems and MS Office. Training from Porjoton Corporation or any recognized food-related training center is a plus.
