As a Restaurant Manager, you will: Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service. Deliver superior service to maximize customer satisfaction and handle complaints efficiently. Regularly review product quality, scout for new vendors, and organize shifts. Supervise and train staff on customer service best practices, and appraise staff performance to enhance productivity. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations while managing operational costs and identifying waste reduction measures. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses to track financial health. Promote the restaurant brand in the local community through creative outreach.
