Job Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales targets in terms of both value and quantity.
- Supervise and motivate Field Officers (FO) for effective daily, weekly, and monthly sales performances.
- Ensure product availability and coverage of at least 80% across the market.
- Implement merchandising activities to enhance product visibility.
- Maintain financial discipline regarding cash collection and credit control.
- Monitor distributor stock levels, investments, and ensure timely payments to the company.
- Source potential distributors and manage recruitment for vacant distribution slots.
- Provide comprehensive on-the-job training to Field Officers to boost their selling abilities.
- Develop future sales leaders through training and mentorship.
- Analyze and report on competitor activities to propose strategic suggestions to management.
- Prepare various reports as required by management to ensure transparency and effectiveness.

Required Skills: Proficiency in Distribution/Supply Chain Management. Strong monitoring and leadership skills. Minimum Experience: At least 7 years in a relevant field.
