Context of the Role: Industry Focus: This role primarily involves working within the construction materials sector, focusing heavily on cement sales to various clients. Geographic Scope: You will be assigned specific territories across regions including Brahmanbaria, Kishoreganj, Moulvibazar, Mymensingh, Narsingdi, Netrokona, Sunamganj, and Sylhet. Client Base: Build and maintain relationships with retailers, contractors, and project developers to ensure sustained sales growth. Market Coverage Expansion: Actively seek and cultivate new markets, ensuring product distribution is achievable in progressively smaller quantities. This exciting position calls for an individual with at least 2 years of experience within the cement industry. Candidates should have a solid understanding of market dynamics and a proven track record in sales. Requirements: Education: Candidates must possess either an HSC (BMT), a Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Skills: While specific skills are not mandatory, familiarity with the cement industry will be beneficial. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
