Job Responsibilities

  • Enhance relationships with dealers.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company and contribute to the overall sales objectives.
  • Understand customer/dealers needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
  • Provide timely and responsive customer support to address inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Achieve the sales targets set by the company to contribute to overall sales objectives. Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly expectations. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM software. Provide excellent customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as necessary. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: 2 to 3 years in a relevant field, preferably with engineering firms. Gender: Male candidates preferred. Age: Between 25 to 35 years. Skills: Strong Sales capabilities. Job Details Job Nature: Full Time Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh Salary Range: BDT 15,000 - BDT 19,500 monthly, negotiable depending on experience. Job Vacancies: 5 positions available.
