Suggest appropriate products based on customer needs. Meet daily and monthly sales targets efficiently. Explain product features and benefits to customers. Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions. Collect customer feedback for future improvements. Maintain displays and shelves effectively. Promote new products and promotions actively. Ensure customer loyalty through delightful service. Utilize POS systems for sales entry. Issue receipts for transactions. Gather competitor information for strategy development. Submit daily sales reports to management. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance sales. Educate customers on product usage. Maintain overall outlet presentation. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service.Cash Management Responsibilities: Accept cash and digital payments from customers. Create bills using the POS machine. Enter transactions into ERP systems accurately. Provide accurate change to customers. Keep daily cash in/out records. Prepare cash closing reports. Deposit money with the bank/accounts department. Verify cash received from the sales team. Process discounts, refunds, and exchanges accurately. Ensure all sales records align accurately. Report shortages/excess to management. Maintain records for audits effectively. Answer customer queries promptly. Report to management regularly. Ensure security of cash assets. Maintain financial confidentiality in all processes.Inventory & Reporting Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records. Keep daily stock in/out accounts. Receive products from the supply chain efficiently. Check quality and quantity of received goods. Ensure data entry into ERP systems. Create stock reports regularly. Identify stock shortages and expired products. Ensure proper storage of products. Assist in audits as needed.
