Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily sales of local plastic pipe fittings and complete the sales task.
- Identify, develop, manage customers, and maintain long-term good relations of cooperation.
- Responsible for the project quotation, customer tracking, credit management, participate in project negotiations and contract signing with partners and dealers.
- Collect market, competitor and customer information timely.
- Analyze industry, dynamics, market demand and related technology trends.
- With customers and internal departments to maintain close contact, coordinate the team to complete the sales task.

Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Lesso (Bangladesh) Trading Inc., a leading name in the building materials industry backed by China Lesso Group Holdings Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in Bangladesh by promoting our extensive range of products including pipelines, sanitary ware, and waterproofing materials. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals with a strong background in sales, particularly in the building materials sector. Here are some of your key responsibilities: Manage daily sales of local plastic pipe fittings and achieve your sales targets. Identify and build relationships with new customers while maintaining long-term partnerships with existing accounts. Handle project quotations, customer tracking, credit management, and actively participate in project negotiations and contract finalization. Collect and analyze market data, including competitor analysis and customer feedback. Maintain close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure sales objectives are met. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experiences: 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the trading or export/import sectors. Proven ability in channel development, competitor analysis, contract negotiation, and market research. Experience in the building materials industry, especially regarding plastic pipes or related products. Strong networking skills to establish a regional sales network and work effectively with local dealers and wholesalers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese is a plus! Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to frequently travel. This position is full-time and will be conducted in an office environment located at our operations base in Dhaka, with sales responsibilities extending across Barishal, Mymensingh, and Rangpur regions. Benefits: Yearly salary reviews and festival bonuses. Sales commission based on total collections. Regular office hours from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM with two weekly holidays (Friday & Saturday).
