Sales Executive – Sanabel Trading is seeking dynamic, dedicated, and passionate Sales Executives to join our Sales & Distribution team. If you're enthusiastic about sales and seeking a rewarding opportunity, we want to hear from you!Position Overview:The Sales Executive is responsible for:Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives for assigned dealers and vendors.Dealer & Vendor Management: Support existing dealers in expanding their vendor base and onboard new vendors into the Sanabel network.Product Promotion: Ensure effective display of promotional materials at vendor outlets.Territory Coverage: Maintain a structured visit plan covering all dealers and vendors in the assigned region.Relationship Building: Establish long-term partnerships with dealers and mechanics.Market Intelligence: Collect and report competitor data, market trends, and pricing updates.Order Follow-up: Ensure timely deliveries and track outstanding payments.Technical Knowledge: Acquire product knowledge to advise vendors and mechanics.Campaign Execution: Implement marketing activities and loyalty programs.Reporting: Submit sales reports, route plans, and updates via company CRM/app.Performance Indicators (KPIs):Sales volume and revenue achievementNumber of new vendors onboardedTerritory coverage percentageDealer/vendor satisfaction feedbackCampaign participation rateEducation Requirements:- Minimum HSC or equivalent degree is required.- Preferred: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or related fields.Experience:3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile sector.Skills Required:Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a valid motorcycle license.
