Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Ensure timely collection against sales within the time frame established by management.
- Collect Advance Income Tax (AIT) from customers as per the schedule.
- Engage with current and prospective customers to effectively sell and explain our products.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain strong follow-up with customers until order execution and payment realization.
- Generate sales growth by establishing new customer relationships.
- Compile weekly/monthly reports on sales performance for management review.
- Stay updated on customer needs, issues, competitive activities, and prospects for new products.
- Maintain and regularly update the client database.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction.

Job Description
Star Particle Board Mills Ltd, a proud member of the Partex Star Group, is inviting applications for the position of Sales Executive - Dealer Sales. Located in Noakhali and Cumilla, we are committed to providing quality products to our clients and aim to strengthen our vibrant sales force. As a leading manufacturer of board materials in Bangladesh, we are on the lookout for energetic, driven, and dedicated individuals to help us in our mission. This is a full-time office-based role, where the successful candidate will be responsible for various sales functions and duties that contribute to the overall success of our sales team and, ultimately, our company's growth. Resolve customer issues promptly to maximize satisfaction. Education Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing is required. Required Skills: Experience in Door Sales. Familiarity with Gypsum and Particle Board manufacturing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience: 1 to 3 years in related fields, preferably Manufacturing (FMCG) or Furniture sectors. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements: Age should be between 22 to 40 years. Open to both male and female applicants. Job Location: Barishal, Rajshahi Salary: Salary will be between Tk. 18,000 - 22,000 Monthly as per experience.
