Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for the toys segment.
  • Lead and manage the toys sales team across regions, setting clear KPIs and ensuring performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to expand market coverage.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, availability, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and supply chain teams to align demand planning and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market data and sales reports to recommend improvements in pricing, distribution, and customer engagement strategies.

Job Context:ACI Premio Plastics Ltd. is seeking a passionate and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead its Toys Portfolio nationwide. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in sales leadership and market strategies. The selected candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and establishing robust distribution networks, critically influencing the company's market presence. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for the toys segment. Lead and manage the toys sales team across regions, setting clear KPIs and ensuring performance tracking. Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to expand market coverage. Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, availability, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline from a reputed university. 8 to 10 years of experience in sales management, specifically in the Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tobacco, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, or Toiletries. Gender: Male, aged between 30 to 40 years. Additional Requirements: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office and sales data analysis tools. Willing to travel extensively.
