Job Responsibilities
- Formulate sales plan for the Zone.
- Achieve sales target as per sales plan.
- Drive sales force operation to increase sales and motivate them to achieve sales target on periodical basis.
- Set up and split target for company sales force (Regional Manager to Sales Representative/Sales Officer).
- Ability to lead corporate sales team
- Coordinating closely with distribution department to set better delivery service.
- Development of distributorship network in the assigned geographical area.
- Development of positive relation with existing and prospective distributors.
- Preparation of Daily and periodical analytical reports of sales of assigned geographical area.
- Lead to achieve desired sales growth as per management objectives.
- Preference will be given to those who have practical experience in both General and corporate sales.

Job Description
BD Foods Limited is urgently looking for a self-motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and dynamic candidate for the position of Sales Manager. As a key player in our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to lead efforts that drive sales success and redefine our market approach. We are looking for passionate individuals who are ready to take on challenges and help us achieve outstanding growth.Responsibilities:Formulate a comprehensive sales plan for the designated zone.Achieve sales targets in alignment with the defined sales strategy.Drive the performance of sales operations and lead the team to meet periodic targets.Establish clear sales targets for the sales force, from Regional Managers to Sales Representatives.Lead and cultivate a corporate sales team to enhance their skill sets and performance.Work closely with the distribution department to optimize delivery services.Develop and expand the distributorship network in the assigned geographical area.Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new distributors.Prepare daily and periodic sales analytical reports for the assigned regions.Lead initiatives to achieve desired sales growth in accordance with management goals.Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in both general and corporate sales environments.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Honors degree.At least 10 years of experience, especially in the FMCG manufacturing and food/beverage sectors.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Excellent leadership and motivational skills.Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and practices.Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.Employment Type: Full-TimeAge Requirement: At most 40 years old.Additionally, we offer an attractive salary package along with a company-funded car for deserving candidates.If this sounds like the perfect position for you, don't miss the chance to apply!
