Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, aligning departmental goals with overall company objectives.
  • Mentor and support the RSM, ASM & SO to maximize their performance.
  • Lead the sales team in achieving targets through effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee daily sales activities and ensure the efficient implementation of sales plans.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, monitoring workforce activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in promotional activities, ensuring adequate market awareness for our products.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments like marketing, accounts, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
  • Conduct training and development monitoring for sales personnel and dealers/distributors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Golden Drops Food & Beverage Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager (SM) / Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) to lead our talented sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company in the food and beverage industry, where you will make a significant impact on our growth and success. Provide strategic leadership to the sales team, aligning departmental goals with overall company objectives. Mentor and support the RSM, ASM & SO to maximize their performance. Lead the sales team in achieving targets through effective marketing strategies. Oversee daily sales activities and ensure the efficient implementation of sales plans. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, monitoring workforce activities to achieve sales targets. Assist in promotional activities, ensuring adequate market awareness for our products. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed University. Experience: At least 10 years of progressive sales experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role. Age: At least 45 years. Skills Required: Deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
