We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and help us expand our market presence. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals. Oversee market research for potential sales opportunities and identify new revenue streams. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Utilize various digital tools and platforms for promotion reporting and communication. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or Agro sector. Strong understanding of the Bangladesh and overseas market dynamics. Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and business opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using digital tools for promotion and reporting.
