We are committed to providing our clients with top-notch services and solutions that align with their business needs.Job Overview:We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Officer for our Retail Asset division. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our Retail Banking products, particularly focusing on retail asset products. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets as set by management.Sell retail banking products, primarily home loans, auto loans, personal loans, and other relevant products.Achieve individual monthly sales targets set by management.Ensure client follow-ups, maintain client visit details, and collect necessary information and documents from prospective clients.Build and sustain relationships with new clients by providing excellent products and services.Verify the genuineness of all documents collected from clients.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.Ensure compliance with company's rules, regulations, and HR policies.Deliver exceptional service excellence to clients.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or honors.Experience: 1 to 3 years in retail sales or marketing, preferably in the banking sector.Skills Required:Strong skills in Retail Sales and Marketing, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a capacity to be energetic, confident, resourceful, and a self-starter.Other Requirements:Age range: 22 to 35 years.
