This role demands a seasoned professional who can navigate the complexities of group travel management while ensuring a memorable experience for each traveler. Design and organize detailed itineraries for both domestic and international tours.Lead tour groups, providing engaging and informative commentary throughout their journey.Ensure seamless coordination of all aspects of travel including transportation, accommodations, and activities.Address any client needs or emergencies with professionalism and compassion.Foster a positive group atmosphere by building rapport with travelers.Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, safety, and service.Collaborate effectively with vendors, guides, hotels, and local partners.Prepare post-tour feedback reports and provide constructive recommendations for future improvements.Oversee tour budgets, logistics, and on-site problem-solving. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in tour management or group travel coordination.Experience working in a travel agency is a plus.
