JAZ Chemicals is hiring motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives (বিক্রয় প্রতিনিধি / এস আর) to grow our retail distribution of detergent powder and liquid dishwash products across Kushtia, Natore and Pabna. Identify potential retail and wholesale outlets for Tej Synthetic Detergent Powder and Liquid Dishwash, expanding the distribution network. Ensure prompt delivery of products to meet demand and maintain stock levels at customer locations. Maintain regular communication with shop owners, cultivating and preserving strong business relationships. At the end of each workday, prepare and explain sales accounts and collections to the supervisor or owner. Required skills and attributes: Proven experience (at least 1 year) in field sales, preferably in Manufacturing (FMCG) or Chemical Industries. Good communication and relationship-building skills with retail customers and shopkeepers. Ability to work in the field, travel within assigned territorial locations (Kushtia, Natore, Pabna). Result-oriented approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Basic education: HSC or equivalent. Additional information: Job nature: Full Time, field-based sales role (work at office for coordination and reporting). Age requirement: 22 to 30 years.
