Job Description
Exciting Opportunity: Liwayway Food Bangladesh Company Ltd. is on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to become part of our field sales team as Sales Representatives. If you have a passion for customer interaction and sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you! No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for our team members.Conduct field visits to effectively pitch and sell our range of food and beverage products.Establish and nurture strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.Gather customer feedback and competitor insights to inform our strategy.Meet daily and monthly sales targets and report activities to your supervisor.Who We're Looking For:If you are aged between 20 to 30 years, energetic, self-motivated, and possess good communication skills, we want to hear from you! Freshers are also encouraged to apply.Skills and Experience Required:A maximum of 1 year of experience in the Food/Beverage industry is preferred.Ability to achieve sales targets and work well under pressure.Comfortable with fieldwork and engaging with customers.A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.Educational Requirements:Minimum HSC qualification.Working Conditions:Full-Time position, working primarily at the office but requiring field visits.Company Overview:Liwayway Food Bangladesh Company Ltd., known for our brand Oishi, was established in 2019 and has grown to employ around 300 individuals.
