Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Supervise, monitor, and provide guidance to Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Sales Representatives (SRs).
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Expand the distribution network by appointing new dealers/distributors in potential markets.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution of marketing activities.
- Collect orders from dealers, manage stock, and ensure timely delivery along with payment collection.
- Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and prepare reports for submission to the Head Office.
- Motivate, train, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Head Office.
- Ensure that all company policies, rules, and SOPs are strictly followed by the sales team.
